Retinol 10s(It is a derivative of vitamin A from the German company, BASF, which contains 350,000 IU Vit-A per gram)

Retinol affects proliferation and differentiation of skin cell, helps recover damaged collagen and elastin, and accelerates cellular turn-over. As essential substance for our skin and body, it acts on wrinkled, aged, and acne skin, while it helps treat nyctalopia, raise immunity, prevent lipid peroxidation, and compose protein.

However, it occurs with photo-isomerization and dehydration reaction and loses effect when it is decomposed. This process can be accelerated by oxygen, light, heat, and heavy metal ion and retinol deteriorates quickly. Adding anti-oxidants is one way to protect retinol from oxidative decomposition, but to shorten the period of circulation might be the best solution.

Thuringen's Retinol 10S limits the expiry date to 6 months from the production date and if it is expired, the sale should be prohibited
